Care Placement Home Health Agency

Care Placement provides Private Duty care or Companion services to elderly or other physically challenged individuals. Whether it’s in the privacy of your own home, assisted living facility, nursing home or at a hospital bedside, Care Placement is sure to provide you with the highest quality of care and the comfort you need.

As many of us grow older, managing our household and caring for our personal needs can become very difficult, Care Placement can help.

We provide highly trained Certified Nurse Assistants, Home Health Aides or Companions to assist with your needs:

Activities of Daily Living
Cooking
Light Housekeeping
Laundry
Transportation to Appointments and Activities
Help you Maintain Independence.
Assist with the little things you can’t do for yourself.

Care is provided from a minimum of 4 hours up to 24 hours.
